Description
Since 1960, PACE has been dedicated to providing direct services and advocacy for individuals transitioning from incarceration. Through a range of programs, PACE supports justice-impacted individuals in achieving stability, employment, and personal growth.
Programs & Services:
PACE Youth Employment Services (YES)
A workforce development program designed to equip young people with essential job skills and employment opportunities. Services include:
- Job readiness training
- Career counseling and resume building
- Interview preparation and job placement assistance
- Support for economic independence and long-term career success
Workforce & Training Programs
- Advanced Manufacturing Training for individuals 17+
- Re-entry Services to support justice-impacted individuals in rebuilding their lives
- Peer Recovery Coaching & Harm Reduction Services for those facing substance use challenges
- Family Empowerment Program focused on strengthening family engagement and support
Additional Support Services
- Transportation Assistance for individuals enrolled in PACE programs
- Advocacy & Community Resources to promote long-term success and self-sufficiency
