Description

Outreach equips and empowers youth facing homelessness to achieve stability and life transformation. Our three main programs are as follows:

Program Centers are safe drop-in center locations that provide help with immediate needs such as hot meals, showers, laundry, clothing, etc while also offering group programming centered around life-skills development. Youth are also able receive support with getting identification documents, education, transportation, employment, medical and mental health resources, and basic legal navigation.

YouthLink assists youth and young adults in solving housing instability. Our Diversion track uses unique housing problem solving and conflict resolution approaches to stabilize housing, so that youth do not have to become homeless. For youth already experiencing homelessness, our Navigation track walks youth through becoming eligibility for housing programs.

Coaching provides youth with a 1:1 coach relationship while also building deeper relationships with their peers through group experiences. This coaching program is designed to have youth be in the driver’s seat, while the coach navigates alongside the youth as they work towards their goals.
