Henderson Helping Hands is a non-profit organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana, dedicated to supporting and uplifting the local community through various initiatives. We believe in the power of community and work tirelessly to create programs that address the specific needs of our residents. From community outreach to educational workshops, we strive to provide resources and opportunities that foster growth, empowerment, and a sense of belonging. Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we invite you to join us in our mission to build a stronger, more resilient Indianapolis.
We offer a variety of services, including community outreach, volunteer opportunities, along with nutritional educational workshops. Our volunteers provide support for our families all over Marion County, which includes encouraging words, food, clothing, and transportation. We host several events throughout the year, along with other fundraisers and giveaways to help offset the needs of others. In the past, we have served approximately 500 families. With each new year, we are hoping to expand and serve even more families.
